David is responsible for the North Shields branch of DJMS. He primarily covers cases at North Tyneside and South East Northumberland Magistrates' Courts, where he appears daily, though he also works throughout the North East and beyond.

He qualified in 2003, became a duty solicitor in 2005, and qualified as a Higher Court Advocate. He joined DJMS in 2020.

David is highly experienced and well-known in the North East area, regularly conducting cases through criminal law, including road traffic matters.
