Voluntary Attendance At Police Station

  • Police procedures have recently changed when it comes to arresting people suspected of committing criminal offences.

    Overview

The police are now requesting people attend the Police Station on a Volunteer basis to be interviewed ‘under caution’ if they know the identity of the person they wish to interview. As such your rights and entitlements still remain the same albeit you actually have extra rights when you attend as a volunteer. Those rights are still to have a Solicitor or Legal representative in attendance free of charge for the purposes of the interview. This interview may be at the Police station or even at your home address.

We can only advise this is he best course of action should the police wish to speak to you and of course we provide this service 24hrs/day 365 days a year.

“What great service I received with a fantastic outcome. Thank you for your hard work.”
